Owner put up an above ground pool. Were permits taken?

PSEG/Verizon, etc never removed the old utility pole in front of 14 Alexander Ave. Thus, there are 2 utility poles attached to each other by rope and 1 of them is on top of 2 bricks not in the ground. This has been the case for over 2 years now and PSEG/Verizon said they will get it fixed, but nothing has come of it.

I first contacted DPW on August 12. DPW responded on September 9 that Verizon will remove within next 2 weeks. I contacted DPW again on October 2 regarding status. DPW said they contacted Verizon on Monday and it will be fixed shortly. Then on October 4, Michael Martello closed the issue and wrote Matter Resolved.

It is December 28 and over 4 months since I first contacted and over 2 months since it was supposedly been resolved and it is still not fixed.

There is an unlicensed, unregistered vehicle parked in the driveway of 7 Alexander Avenue, Kearny, NJ. For the past 2 months, the person was (and still is as he has not finished) doing major repairs to the car. He was spray-painting the exterior of the car with the fumes spreading over all the neighbors’ yards in which the police were called. He was stripping the exterior and putting in new seats and carpet, changing the windshield and car hood. While doing all these repairs, the person would blast music that I could hear from the next street. Please address this issue.

There is no street sign for the intersection of Alexander Ave and Rose St for over 2 months now.
