Description

The property at 198 Ivy Street has had a dumpster there, as well as loads of construction debris there for well over a month....Is this now considered a dump??? This has been going on for years..When is the town going to rectify the situation of this property??? Its an eyesore...You can bet if I put up a fence without a permit the town would be on me in a week...yet this property has been a blight for years...Fix it..
