the parking spot for this building is the 1st driveway on randolph ave it belongs to this building and is part of my rent. Someone renting a room next door is Parking there. I've left notes, my phone #, name, address but they ignore em. Tonight they called the police. And had my car towed. In truth, my car was partially on sidewalk. So, who do I need to talk 2 so my car is left alone, or. Even have there's towed?
