Any time it rains, this whole curb cut gets flooded (there are no drains on this south side on the street). Wheelchair users have to go into the street because the water is too deep to try to go through. A drain needs to be installed on this side of the street. After any storm, even after the water dries up, all the muck from the street remains deposited on the sidewalk.
