Description

Driver of street sweeper 34 7257 ran the red light at Taylor & Harewood NE (turning left by Yu Ying school). He then turned right onto Michigan NE from Harewood (by the Basilica), pulling out in front of traffic, cutting off vehicles with the right of way on Michigan St NE.
