I am attaching an image file containing (1) a photo of one of two habitually clogged storm drains at the NW corner of the Lincoln-Bradley intersection in New Haven; (2) surrounding that photo are two previous SeeClickFix requests for remedy to the street lakes at this intersection that form because of these drains are habitually clogged due to their defective performance. I have cleared these with fork and wheelbarrow a number of times recently, and the defective design continues the re-clogging scenario. I ask the city to at least put these on a recurrent drain pumping list if the won't fix the design problem. BTW - look carefully at the attached image. It captures four years containing two SCF requests. City Streets Office - How long is your list and what determines priorities?

In the evening just after I published the above request to fix the problem sewers at this intersection, the rain fell and totally flooded this intersection again. I am adding some context here about the neighborhood. Lincoln and Bradley around this intersection is heavily traveled by foot and bicycle traffic. This traffic is largely high school and university students, family groups with children, but also employees of the university some of whom are driving cars and provide a threat component to the mix. It's dreadful and dangerous. Fix it.
