This trash has been out there going on three weeks now. It smells horrible! Please have it removed immediately. The weather is getting warmer, it’s only going to attract more rats. It is just inches away from cars that have to stop at the red light.

The Property owner has been given until 5/23/19 (48hrs) to clean the property of all trash and debris prior to fines being implemented.

The owner has been contacted and a dumpster is being delivered on Friday (earliest available time). The owner was ordered to remove all trash and debris from the sidewalk until that time. BOH will follow up after the weekend to verify the removal of all noted items.
