That's great- demolition is really what it needs. Could you tell me the status of the other 2 abandoned houses I reported on the same street? And how long it generally takes before they actually torn down?

6/4/13 - I apologize for any confusion. I was entering responses for several properties and inadvertently added an incorrect response for this address. The structure has been condemned in the Municipal Court and the case dismissed for the structure to be demolished by city bid. Once this is done, a lien will be placed on the property for the cost of demolition.

I cannot give you a date or even an approximate time when the structure will be demolished as there are over 400 houses on the list to be demolished. I do know the people who handle demolition are in the process of having 130 structure tested for asbestos and other hazardous materials in preparation for demolition and this address is on that list.
