The below issue was closed WITHOUT Complete Resolution. All the debris still remains in front of this property. The house is vacated, no one is living there and all of the previous tenants belongs are still sitting there. ONLY the bulks items and waste across the street have been picked up. The entire yard is full of junk. There are also two abandon vehicles left on the side of the house. This has been an issue since the beginning of February 2024. Perhaps you need to contact the owner and force them to get this mess cleared. Should the owner be fined for such since they are responsible for setting the belongs outside? We the neighbors are again, seeking you help with this mess. We do not want, do not need, and should not have to be subjected to rodents from the debris.

DESCRIPTION
Renters moved out and left bulk furniture items in yard and across the street. Items included mattresses beds dressers chairs tables, etc. Eyesore and habitat for rodents. Please assist?

The above mentioned items(MESS) sit in the yard, all along the side walks and street area of 1533 Duncan Ave. However, as soon as you proceed along the block the eyesore is very visible. As we all know, this type of debris attracts all sorts of rodents, bugs, animals, etc. Please send a crew out to take care of this before it becomes an extreme issue for our home which is in close proximity.
