there seems to be a broken water main on Oglethorpe St in front of the Eye Center (1429 Oglethorpe). It's close to the intersection with Tattnall St. Must have been running for some time, as there is a large amount of water flowing down the block to the nearest storm drain.

The central fountain has acquired multiple leaks in the retaining basin- looks like it has been leaking all night (water runoff 100 feet in some directions). There is water leaking out from the stone wall in multiple locations.

This house burned 4 years ago and has unoccupied since, open to the weather, and further deteriorating. It is both an eyesore and a health hazard. It needs to be torn down.

There's a water pipe that's broken at the edge of the main parking lot in Tattnall Square Park. Your menu doesn't have a place to list broken water pipes. Please refer to the appropriate body. It looks like it's been spewing water for some time. A number of the answers below are made up because the menu also didn't allow me to skip NOT APPLICABLE questions. Someone should re-write the programming.

Multiple lights by the fountain are out, making the area too dark for safety. One is pictured in the photo. The other is just NW of the fountain- the very tall one with 4 separate heads, every one of which was dark last night.

Recyling hasn't been picked up in well over a month. Yesterday I put out three boxes filled with cardboard that are going to get rained on and become garbage. I can't put them in the recyling bin because, again, that hasn't been picked up so is completely full. Our entire street needs pickup.

house has been unoccupied for years; in January doors were open and both ceiling and floor were collapsing. Now door is locked (good) but crawl spaces are open, porch roof is collapsing.
