  Trash pick up is Thursday. It also appears they have painted their own red zone. For months, they have also left nasty notes on vehicles who park in front of the house.

  This continues to be an issue for myself and other residents of the neighborhood. They are intentionally and illegally preventing others from using the public street parking in addition to the inflammatory notes they put on people's car who do park in these spots.

  A realtor owns a property that does this and litters the area with excessive cars, trash cans. garbage and people smoking incessantly at 176 Sierra Dr. The place is neglected and the neighborhood is turning to trash because of it.

  The couple continues to cause parking issues. Daily, they put out orange comes to prevent other's from parking on the street, while also not using their driveway to park.

  Thank you for the comments. The original complaint on the property was corrected over 6 months ago after the property owner ceased placing their trash cans out on the street for the purpose of reserving parking for themselves due to the large numbers of multi-family housing in the neighborhood. A new case will have to be opened for this new issue along with a new correction notice.
