  Did you contact the Police Non-Emergency Line to report the noise issue at 3 AM?

  Having someone or a crew use leaf blowers 3 separate times over a period of a few hours at one small property seems unusual. Did you physically observe persons connected to the Liberty Bell Plaza on-site performing this work? Based on the noted location, we have reached out to the property manager for the Liberty Bell Plaza.

  After 7 AM, the use of leaf blowers in the downtown is allowed by municipal code.

  WC resident... you should write the Mayor/ City of Walnut Creek on this noise and gas pollution.. Their heads are under water on this disgusting issue.

  .... ask the mayor to call trinity homeless shelter and have the city hire the homeless to clean the sidewalks, creeks and parks Because clearly the city had its heads up their you know what approving a homeless shelter thinking they would come here.
