Bad Situation.. I have asked my Alderman R. Senor to address the issue of placing stop signs on Spring at the foot of Russell St. Children in the area frequently come down Russell St. onto Spring Street into oncoming traffic, via bikes, skateboards, wagons etc. 0/2/16/15 condition still exist
There is a Stop sign on Russell, however many of the kids are to small to see it, or pay attention. Please Alderpersons and Mayor, lets protect these kids from getting hit by a car, or possibly killed.

Sadly enough, this condition still continues, with no effort on behalf of our city fathers..what price do we put on childrens safety? There are areas in the city where you drive along and Stop signs pop up in front of you..then you look to the right and left..more stop signs..
Why not take the Stop sign from Russell St., place it on Spring..Children don't Read the one on Russell.
