Bad Situation.. I have asked my Alderman R. Senor to address the issue of placing stop signs on Spring at the foot of Russell St. Children in the area frequently come down Russell St. onto Spring Street into oncoming traffic, via bikes, skateboards, wagons etc. 0/2/16/15 condition still exist

There is a Stop sign on Russell, however many of the kids are to small to see it, or pay attention. Please Alderpersons and Mayor, lets protect these kids from getting hit by a car, or possibly killed.
