Description
The traffic on Montclair Road has to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get through this intersection because the traffic signals alternaltly cycle through twice for the left turn and through traffic on Belcher. it does not seem to matter what time of day it is or what day of the week it is. I just experienced this problem at about 8pm on a Saturday. NOTE: Many times when this is happening there is very little to no traffic on Belcher.
