Nine cars are currently parked in our fire lane and blocking access to our driveway and our garages. This happens every day and no one will ever do anything about it. I've called DPT, SFFD...

You should talk to the building managers as it should be their responsibility to instruct these contractors with vehicles as to where to park legally.

And I've also heard from an employee in the Madrone that Nat Bosa--the owner of Bosa development, developer for the Madrone--is letting a personal friend stow his second car in the loading dock on China Basin. So Madrone has effectively removed the utility of all their loading docks due to questionable reasons.
I've complained to the VP for Allied Barton multiple times that their security guards are aiding and abetting in the illegal parking. I've yet to see any improvement or hear anything more than an acknowledgement.

SF311: Can we get the contact information of the supervisor of the enforcement division of the SFMTA's DPT?
The Madrone is continuing to violate a recorded legal easement agreement with the Radiance by not using their loading docks and encouraging residents, staff, and third parties to park on private property controlled by the Radiance. Perhaps if DPT would add the public right-of-way to their enforcement maps and being ticketing daily offenders, we might actually teach them to read the eight "No Parking Fire Lane" signs on our private property.
