Since February, there has been a married couple renting this vacant lot. They live in a truck-bed camper with no electricity or water. The truck-bed camper cannot be seen from the road (it is positioned at the very back of the property). They say they are working on getting the electricity turned back on. They would like to buy the property and build in the future, but are considering upgrading to a pop-up camper or shipping crate.
