Hello First If you can pass on to our plow driver our appreciation (from all of us on Thomas Circle) on the great work they do in removing snow from our street, excellent efficient job.
Although we have a water shut off cap that has gotten loose a few times we will keep the cap near our mail box. Although before you replace it, can you inform pothole/pavement department that at the end of driveway where the cap goes, it needs filler to even out road/pavement so cap is not extruding out from the ground / which tends to be why it gets loose all the time because it may be getting hit by the plow. So I thank you all for your attention, and of coarse, we can wait until late March early April to when it will be better conditions to patch the matter. If you would like a picture please advise.
