Cordalie, the trash actually belongs to tenants of the Pike building on Orange Street, (144). I have communicated with Pike, the Health Department and the Solid Waste Authority regarding this issue. Pike promised to clear the area by early this morning. We shall see.

We are closing 2017-2018 Illegal Dumping issues found on public spaces( roads, tree belts, sidewalks) in order to focus on current issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our Streets Division but were never closed. Others involved an interdepartmental solution.
