This is a safety issue especially because of the cold weather it can freeze and cause an accident. This should have been called into public safety 203 946-6316 as soon as it was noticed, you can then post to alert others and have an record it was called in. Your post should mention that it was called in. This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city especially on the weekends. Some departments hardly if at all monitor this site.

It was probably taken care of because someone phoned it in. As you can see the city has not acknowledged this.

Really. I'm glad you're so concerned, but I was there when they came to fix the problem. I asked them what brought them there, and they said that they saw the post on clickfix. A few months ago, I posted something about a road issue and then called the proper channel. It had only been posted for 5 minutes. When I told the woman on the phone about the issue, she asked if I was the one who posted it on clickfix.
