    I had a licensed Arborist come to look at two trees that are on my property. On his way out, he saw this limb and told me I should contact the city Arborist to let him or her know to take down this limb. He said that the branch is dead and if it's not cut, it will fall on someone or someone's vehicle. Furthermore, he said that the decay will also hurt the rest of the tree if it is not taken care of.
