Description

Tents with trash, open flame, furniture and half naked men urinating and deficating in full view of Destiny Arts School. Open flame and debris piling up. Men wandering in street. Children going to school must use bike path and go dangerously near growing encampment. Please respond. Emeryville has done nothing. Berkeley ignoring. Will Oakland finally take care of this problem?
