Thank you. The sidewalk is also severely damaged about 10-20 feet east of this drain as when. Damage was likely from a fallen tree that has since been removed.

Who is responsible for fixing the damaged sidewalk to the east of this drain? The sidewalk is damaged perhaps 10-30 yards to the east of the drain.

I see that someone spray painted the damaged sidewalk orange, but that is all that was done. Is that all that should be expected, or is more work to be done on this issue?

We apologize for closing this issue by mistake. The Work Request 1752000 regarding the drainage issue is completed and that is why it was accidentally closed again. However, the Work Request 1756993 regarding the sidewalk repair is still open and is has been "marked" so that it brings individual's attention to the issue who are using the sidewalk. More work will follow as soon as the supervisor can get it scheduled. If you should have additional questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service staff and they can give you any information that is known within the Work Request, or they can contact the supervisor over the project to call and give you any information that may be only known by them.
