My best friend is missing. She somehow got out of the house during some construction work yesterday, and we have not been able to find her since. She is a black brindle (black/brown/gray mix) shih tzu that is 11 lbs and answers to the name of Cookie. Cookie has many allergies and needs to be home for her medicine.
