Burnside Avenue is without lane markings for most of road. No side lanes, bike lanes, pedestrian safety markings.

Contributes to a sense of no laws apply on this street. Parking lanes, safe pedestrian crossing markings, etc. are all missing.

Like someone not painting their house and watching it rot.
