2 stray shopping carts at intersection of Windsor Ave and Meadow Rd. these have been at this location for about a week.

One cart still remains at this key intersection to Windsor's Gateway and serves as a detraction to the neighborhood. The picturesque Keney Park golf course entrance was recently mowed and litter was picked up - looks great. Conversely, the commercial building leased to the State of CT (School for the Blind, etc) unfortunately is neglected and its grass border along Windsor Ave. is very much in need of a mowing and litter removal. I appreciate the Town of Windsor's support in protecting the appearance of this area.
