Thank you for contacting us. The drivers do make every effort to shake all of the materials from the containers however items can get wedged inside the container preventing all of the materials from coming out or if the materials is packed in to tightly it can also prevent all of the material from coming out when serviced. It is the property owners responsibility to properly prepare the material for service.
Thank you for your response. I checked, and none of the issues you discuss would have applied, at least not with a little effort. This does not seem to be an ongoing issue, though.
