Construction destroyed grass on right of way, and contractor did not reseed. Straw was put down on small portion, but most of right of way in front of house was simply left as mud (grass previously, though lots of broadleaf stuff, too). Does contractor have obligation to reseed, or is that someone else's responsibility?

  • Geddes Ave Ann Arbor, MI 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
Either close off access to Geddes entirely, or increase opening to a single lane both directions. Allowing one car through at a time creates a traffic snarl and is both an accident and a deadly argument (road rage) waiting to happen.

Largish diameter (and depth) pothole in Westbound Washtenaw. If you are in right-hand lane, you are doomed.
