Someone is setting up permamnent outdoor food trailer in an empty lot at this address. Thee is a large propane gas tank on the trailer. The trailer is right next to an old tenement building, an office building and right across from a 353 unit coop building.

Is a propane tank like this legal in a densely populated area? I am not comfortable with this.
