The token booth has an annunciator and the clerks don't bother looking periodically to see which are not working. We pay these clerks not to work!

Perhaps the Station Manager can prepare signs IN ADVANCE and they can be posted when needed. For example, "DOWN escalator from street is broken" and "UP escalator to Platform is broken."

I've called Stuyvesant Town Management office numerous times. The last representative I spoke with (around Jan. 23, 2012) sounded very understanding of the situation, and concurred that garbage should not be "left out" every day as it is, and said he would definitely tell tell the maintenance supervisor of the situation, yet, as of Jan. 31, 2012, the situation is still the same. HEAPS of garbage left out every day.

One morning (Monday, Jan. 30) while walking to work, I actually saw the maintenance personnel who was doing the dumping, and told him he shouldn't be dumping or "storing" garbage out here on the curb every day, and this was a "new" phenomenon. He just brushed me off, cursed at me, and told me to mind my own business.

I know the MTA is in charge of this broken door, but can you contact them to fix it. It will mean more if RIOC contacts them. They fixed it last time when they were notified. See Picture attached.

they need to get rid of the glass doors really thousands of people go through there a day and if anything maybe 3 or 4 revolving doors.

Who has time to stop and open those darn doors?
