A major drug dealer that goes by the nick name Hippie is selling and using drugs on Kenduskeag Ave and sometimes on the foot bridge by Harlow St. He also has been seen going into the new Retirement place to buy drugs from retried Vets looking to sell their meds. Hippie is thought of as mostly buying and selling pot but he sells and uses everything from prescriptions to BATH SALTS. He's also known to go from acting mild to being extremely hot tempered with pushed. He's also known to rip people off and run off with their money. He's easily spotted as he has dreadlocks hair he wears under a cap, he's a skinny white male about 35+ years old. Usually wears army boots and fatigues. Has a thin braided goatee and a nose ring. I suspect he was also in the military at one time. Maybe that is why the cops turn a blind eye to this guy selling drugs? You know special treatment?
