There is a turn light that allows southbound traffic on Powers Ferry to turn left (east)on the access road just north of I-285 that is staying green for only 3 cars then turning to red. It usually goes from a green arrow to a yellow flashing arrow while south and north bound traffic has a green light. This is really backing up southbound traffic today
