Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate. Please note, although utility trailers are not to be in public view either in the street or on private property, recreational vehicles/trailers such as RV’s, Boat Trailers, Jet Ski Trailers, BBQ Pits, and trailers with other similar purposes…can be anywhere on the property owner’s property. Recreational vehicles cannot, however, be parked on the street for longer than 72 hours. Additionally, if this is a possible deed restriction violation, please contact your HOA. This street is Travis Cole directly behind 500 Deacon West.

The trailer was gone at the time of the Code Officer's inspection.

Howdy, I just drove down Travis Cole where it was located and it is parked in the same spot. It looks like it has been parked there for at least 3 weeks.

The Code Officer left a trailer tag and started an investigation to determine ownership.
