Description

The contractor next door has been caught using the water of the neighbor. They have tied a ladder to the gutter line and it pulled all of the screws out of the gutter. There has been incidences of garbage being thrown over the fence into the neighbors yard. Two days ago the contractor dumped a load of dirt and debris in the alleyway of the neighbor making entering the yard impossible. Resident tried to navigate into his yard and as a result ruined his shoes and pants due to the mud that was dumped there.
