JRM Hauling has been placed on notice that their permit to operate is being considered for revocation. They have been issued their final verbal warning as of 12/27/16 @ 10:30AM.
Should this action continue they will be sent a written warning for revocation, a final notice, and then ultimately they will be brought before the Board of Health for a hearing on the revocation of their permit to operate within Town limits.
All infractions have been noted and the Board of Health thanks you for your vigilance and apologizes for this inconvenience.
