in the illegal homeless camp at this location, we have now observed an enormous and growing mound of trash and refuse building in the back of the camp. we counted over 20 bags of trash plus litter. trash is also overflowing into the street. we also observed new pitbulls off leash (white color) roaming the area. there's a bike pile growing next to trash, broken down tents and rubbish everyone. it is now encroaching on private property. people are scared of walking near, especially with children! please clear this permanently!
