We have had no heat at all. People are putting in service requests and nothing has changed. We have been freezing for a month and a half already. This is beyond horrible. The landlord is the worst. He heats his restaurant downstairs and leaves his tenants to freeze upstairs. We got a 13% rent increase , yet the freezing apartment is barely livable because nothing is ever fixed.
