Deskripsyon
Since they have opened the supposedly non-existent halfway house at the end of Rose Ave, we have had an influx of drug addicts and drunks on our street. They sniff dope out in the open even though we run them, drink in the open and leave their liquor and drug trash up and down our street. This is a neighborhood where we work hard to keep it clean and safe. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If the Mayor plans on making this the area for the new City Hall Annex, how will he feel when he goes to walk into his new "home" and there is a pile of human excrement waiting for him? Disgusted? So are we!!

Good Morning John,
The behaviors continue. Another neighbor just ran off 2 men urinating on the Keaney Ave side of 452 Rose Ave 2 days ago. The drunkards and drug addicts still continue to plague our streets with their litter and open dope sniffing. The Mayor stood up at the Ward F Town Hall meeting saying that Greenville would no longer be forgotten. Actions are louder than words. Remove the day treatment/halfway house from our residential area. Jersey City has plenty of space to put one out of the sight of school children who have to watch people sniffing dope, drunk, cursing and using the street for toilets on their way to and from school or walking out of their front doors! We are not the dumping ground to clean up Jersey City.
