Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am not sure what Public Works could do to monitor this park. It sound like that might be an issue that needs to be brought to the attention of the Police Department.

I did not remove the condom, perhaps the park dept could? The wrapper marks the sit.

I will see if anyone is working in the area and if they are, ask them to remove the items.
