Description

The driver of this truck deliberately continued to make a right turn on Franklin St NE as he was driving south on 10th street NE. The Crossing guard instructed the driver to wait but the driver disrespected the crossing guard and almist hit several school kids who were crossing the street on Franklin Street. This incident happened 8/30/2016 @ approximately 8:17 a.m.. Please contact the owner of the vihicle and enforce the law after investigation. Your sincere and prompt response is greatly appreciated.
