INITIAL SCF ISSUE # 2984969 POSTED: The push button for pedestrians on the corner of York and Chapel adjacent to the Yale School of Architecture building requires a very hard press to beep or light up. Please replace this button with one that is easier to press, and would more accessible for pedestrians with limited strength.

TTP FOLLOW UP AND CLOSURE: Work Order Created: 10641. Signal crew responded and verified proper intersection operation IAW traffic plan.

REOPENED: The button does not appear to have been fixed. It is still very hard to push to engage the light or to get the "beep" that confirms the signal has been sent.
