Description

I observed a vandalized traffic signal control cabinet on the sidewalk on Winchester Avenue at its intersection with Webster Street. The graffiti was on two sides of the cabinet. On one side that faced Webster Street was large white lettering that appeared to be written in cursive script with a large heart drawn underneath it. The writing was illegible and written in the shape of an isosceles triangle with a small circle on its top. On the side of the cabinet facing away from Winchester Avenue was large white lettering that appeared to be written in cursive script with a large heart drawn underneath it. The lettering read, "Weasel."
