I'm not sure what the unrelated comment from the animal hospital closing the issue is all about. House at 3754 56th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida still has very tall grass and other issues mentioned.

In addition the front yard fence and gate on the left of the house is falling apart. This violates the following Pinellas County Code of Ordinances:

Sec. 138-1336. - Fences and walls.

(d) Materials and conditions. … All fences and walls shall be maintained in good repair and all surfaces thereof shall be kept painted or have similar protective coating where customarily necessary. ...
