Description

There is an open pipe which is between my house and the house west of me. It is very dangerous and the kids playing in the yard can fall or step into it and break their ankle or foot.
Please fix this soon. Thank you.

It's hard to tell from the photo. Isn't this something the homeowner purchases a lid for at Home Depot or similar? A clean out cover?

Hi this is a city pipe. It's not a pipe that myself or my next door neighbor ever were responsible for. I'm not sure what it's for and do not want to put the wrong cover on.
