Dear City of Pembroke Pines,

We kindly request your help with this unkind neighbor. First of we are in fear of our safety. We are a family of 4 (2 small children and a little one on the way). I'm a teacher and love our community. My family and I installed these cameras for safety because when we kindly ask the neighbor to stop the LOUD music on weekdays and weekends, the neighbor has threaten us. It's our right to ensure the safety of our household and children. The unruly neighbor of 19196 nw 23rd st, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 has loud parties until 3:00 A.M. throws trash into our backyard and once throw a rock at an elderly woman. Our neighbors and I have all filed complaints. Also, this neighbor has unsafe cables and a mesh over his fence that is deemed a fire hazard and passes his fence. Your neighbors at Tapestry are scared for their safety. The PPD has been notified due to your nuisance and reckless behavior.

We know the City of Pembroke pines and trust in our beloved PPD to help us through your indecent behavior and lack of good citizenship skills. We pray and hope we are no longer victims to your lack of decency for the sake of our small children.
