    I have an issue along with the rest of my neighbors who reside next to the Berm and Sheridan Street in Laguna Isles community. There is an issue with drainage along the side and back of our homes, Our backyards along with the side of our homes are always wet and muddy. This causes a lot of issues with keeping our yards clan and also causes mosquitos problems. Please help with this issue. Thank you.

    There is an open pipe which is between my house and the house west of me. It is very dangerous and the kids playing in the yard can fall or step into it and break their ankle or foot.
