The original complaint is that there is significant internal work being done with no permits. Can this be inspected? Residents of the building are concerned about their safety while this work is being done with no permits.
application for sheet rocking was applied for but denied, conversation with property manager was directed to come to office to finalize issues for permits, workers you see sitting on steps is someone doing repairs on steps. when notified to cease work on interior the work ceased and the only issue is the workers coming from the exterior. there is no further cause for action
Basically this issue is considered resolved. The initial issue of internal work without permits was investigated and there were no permits for interior work so a stop order was issued. There have always been permits for the exterior work.
When the interior work permit was applied for, it was denied. Inspectors have gone by since to make sure that interior work has stopped. No violations have been found.
