According to the constituent, Suez on (9/22/2016) came and shut the water off at this vacant property and when they finished the WATER CAP was not replaced, leaving a potentially dangerous hole on the sidewalk where the missing water cap was, It is a unusual coincidence that when SUEZ shut the water off, the water cap was missing when they left.

Today, I contacted this constituent to find out if the missing water cap was ever replaced on the sidewalk in front of 12 New St.?
