I reported this to the city several times months ago. I badgered them until they ticketed the owner several times.

For a short period of time the poor sole actually parked his Porsche on 11th street but I guess he eventually managed to get DPW to leave him alone.

He also parked another car behind the Porsche over the winter and it was completely covered and never used. My guess is that he is connected to some city officials and has some sway with them. I confirmed at least twice that that alley way is public space and not owned by the owner of the Porsche.

They had a privately made sign up at one point that stated it was private parking (it isn't, the streetlight shows its public space), and the city took it down. But it would be nice to get a sign put up by them.
