Description

A steel plate has been installed extremely poorly in the road all winter on the SW corner of Pennsylvania Ave SE and 11th St SE. It causes damage to tires and is clearly unnecessary since it hasn't been moved for over 3 months. Please repair with asphalt or install correctly.
